To create a positive and peaceful environment for everyone, please
follow these guidelines:
Arrive on Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to
settle in. Late arrivals disrupt the class flow and might not be
allowed entry.
Turn Off Electronics: Silence or turn off your mobile devices before
entering the studio. This helps maintain a serene atmosphere for all.
Respect Personal Space: Be mindful of other students’ space. Place
your mat without crowding others, and keep your belongings in
designated areas.
Maintain Silence: The studio is a quiet zone. Please refrain from
talking inside the practice room to allow everyone to focus and relax.
Practice Good Hygiene: Please ensure personal cleanliness before
class. Use a clean mat and towel.
Dress Appropriately: Wear comfortable, breathable clothing suitable
for yoga. Avoid strong perfumes or scents, as they can be distracting
to others.
Stay for the Entire Class: Plan to stay for the whole class, including
the final relaxation pose (Savasana). If you need to leave early,
please do so quietly before Savasana begins.
Listen to Your Body: Yoga is a personal journey. Focus on your
practice, and avoid comparing yourself to others. Take breaks or
modify poses as needed.
Inform the Instructor of Any Injuries: If you have any injuries or
special conditions, let the instructor know before class starts so
they can offer modifications.
Respect the Space: Treat the studio with care. Clean up after
yourself, and be mindful of the environment we share.
Avoid Food and Drink: Only water is allowed in the studio. Please
refrain from bringing food or other beverages inside the practice
space.
Express Gratitude and Positivity: Leave the studio with a sense of
gratitude and positivity. Encourage others and contribute to our warm
community spirit.
